Already 4 days went to gym center, hhhmmmmm...how my feeling? Definitly great! but I didnt joined the classes lah because the time was too lated for me. Running n' cycling few days feel relax on my body, sweat a whole body and I wont feel so tired anymore... and I lost my weight! I lost in 1kg between 4 days! Hahahahaha cool .... I need to continue my diet meal and keep doing execising...yeah! yeah!
